Previously to being a realtor I owned and ran a clothing company where I
designed and manufactured clothing in City of Commerce.My companies were
Earthwork & Patricia Putnam, Inc. and I designed and manufactured sportswear and
exercise clothing. I started by taking my sample line to Nordstrom South Coast
Plaza and sold my line and thereafter they had a rounder for me every season.
From there all of the Nordstrom's across the country carried my line as well as
Macy's, Saks Fifth Avenue and high end boutiques and spas across the nation such
as Golden Door in San Diego, Equinox in New York and Los Angeles, Yoga World and
Sports Club L.A. My clothing was featured in several magazines monthly including Self,
Shape, Women's Wear Daily as well as several exercise videos. Self Magazine put
my company in the top three clothing lines to watch for the latest trends. Selling real estate has become a passion of mine from helping first
time homebuyers find their homes to helping people find the perfect beach
city to settle in. I have sold homes from Malibu to San Diego.

I saw my sales reps across the country and traveled to N.Y, Atlanta, Dallas,
Chicago and San Francisco on a regular basis where my clothing was sold. I
negotiated large purchases with the buyers of several department stores.
