Matt currently resides and practices in Huntington Beach, CA. Although born in Omaha, NE, he was pretty much raised in Surf City. He attended Edison High and eventually graduated from California State University Long Beach. During college, Matt entered the real estate world via the finance sector. By spending years providing consumers with real estate purchase loans and homeowners with refinance loans, he learned and perfected a side of the business that most realtors are not well versed in. In 2005, Matt began his transition into the residential sales side of the industry and never looked back. He spent the next couple years specializing in high end real estate near the ocean and local country club, Seacliff. In 2009, Matt added a California State Broker’s license to his credentials and became the youngest licensed broker in his Seacliff office at the time. Later that year, Matt was recruited by RE/MAX and he saw an opportunity to expand his brand under the most powerful real estate franchise in the nation. Since then, he has expanded his expertise to all areas of Orange County and has consistently orchestrated successful home sales in each of the cities within it. The Kanoudi Group was founded in 2009 and since then has developed a team of skilled agents along with a superior network of affiliates that include the best lenders, title, escrow companies, and corporate investors in the business.
