Diana Sullivan is in her 33rd year in the real estate industry. Diana began her career as a real estate agent in Norfolk, Nebraska and was “Rookie of the Year” in her top-producing Coldwell Banker office. Diana earned her “Brokers” license in her second year of business, being named the “youngest Broker in the state of Nebraska”. Diana later moved to Chicago to train for Coldwell Banker, and quickly became a Regional Trainer and evolved into a Senior International Trainer, covering all of Canada and 17 states in the Midwest. Diana has trained and coached some of the top real estate agents in North America. Diana has served as Team Leader and Coach for one of the top Keller Williams offices in the Midwest and is currently President of Diana International. She is responsible for training, coaching and consulting professionals. Diana has authored and instructed 9 continuing-education courses which she has taught in Nebraska and Illinois. Diana is a certified DISC Instructor. Diana holds a Master of Science degree in Psychology, and has earned the GRI, LTG, and GCREP (Green Certified Real Estate Professional) Designations. Diana’s high-energy delivery is deemed “Edu-train-ment” which blends education, training, and entertainment for her audiences. Diana has also written and published many articles for REALTOR and Real Estate Professional magazines, along with making corporate training and coaching videos.
